Account Assistant
Location: Delhi, BKC Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in financial record-keeping and bookkeeping tasks.
- Supporting senior accountants in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts.
- Managing invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Assisting with payroll preparation and data entry.
- Contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Supporting the team in various administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience or internships in accounting is a plus.
