Account Assistant

Location: Delhi, BKC Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in financial record-keeping and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Supporting senior accountants in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts.
  • Managing invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and data entry.
  • Contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Supporting the team in various administrative and clerical tasks related to accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience or internships in accounting is a plus.
