Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand Solutions Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about crafting innovative brand solutions, marketing strategies, and impactful campaigns.. The Brand Solutions Associate will work closely with our Sales team to assist in developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet our clients' branding objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in brainstorming, developing, and presenting creative brand solutions and strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
  • Support in creating compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client pitches.
  • Assist in managing client relationships by providing excellent service, addressing queries, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Aid in the coordination of project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of branding initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of brand solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding and marketing.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in brand solutions, sales support, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience or familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, or advertising is a plus.
